Bridging the skills gap
Jobbatical helps 12 leading Estonian tech companies hire and
relocate top software talent
Where Has All the Talent Gone?
The global talent shortage is real. And it’s a problem. Almost three-quarters of employers are having a difficult time finding skilled candidates and 45% of employers are concerned about finding employees with the necessary talents.
The issue is particularly pointed in Estonia, where the IT sector is developing at a staggering pace. Even though thousands of job seekers are coming to Estonia to work in the tech industry, it’s still not enough to meet the ballooning demand.
Career Hunt Partners With Jobbatical
Estonia is a digital pioneer and as such has set out to become a top destination for tech talent. To address the burgeoning skills gap, the Northern European country with a population of 1.3 million is ramping up its recruitment efforts. Work in Estonia, with support from Jobbatical, launched a campaign to attract global tech talent to 12 high-profile Estonian companies.
The goal of the campaign was to secure strong hires for Estonian tech companies and promote Estonia’s growing reputation as a top talent destination globally.
Jobbatical was the campaign's main hiring partner covering everything from marketing and finding candidates to conducting preliminary interviews and offering immigration and relocation support.
