To address the burgeoning skills gap, the Northern European country with a population of 1.3 million is ramping up its recruitment efforts. Work in Estonia, with support from Jobbatical, launched a campaign to attract global tech talent to 12 high-profile Estonian companies.

The Goal

The goal of the campaign was to secure strong hires for Estonian tech companies and promote Estonia’s growing reputation as a top talent destination globally.
