  • Establish and review the security standard baseline (technical specifications)
  • Run checks and controls on relevant IT systems for compliance (security health check and vulnerability assessment)
  • Design and implement technical solutions to run SHC and VA
  • Assist with the integration and initial implementation of solutions
  • Work closely with the enterprise architecture and infrastructure and operations teams
  • Serve as information security subject matter expert; provide advisory and consulting services as needed for other IT operations teams
  • Understand current and emerging security threats and design security architecture to mitigate threats where possible
  • Stay current with new security technologies and integrate into security architecture design when appropriate
  • Establish a strategic security architecture vision, including standards and frameworks that are aligned with overall business strategy


  • At least 5 years of hands-on technical information security experience
  • Expert level knowledge of security principles and technologies
  • Experience designing and implementing security solutions
  • Strong, proven problem-solving skills and ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems
  • Ability to translate complex technical information across all levels of the organization
  • Risk assessment procedures, policy formation, role-based authorization methodologies, authentication technologies and security attack pathologies
  • Knowledge of third party auditing and cloud risk assessment methodologies

Job description

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that IT security controls are in place and compliant with the security standard baseline for infrastructure systems within your area of responsibility. Always meeting security and compliance mandates, you'll be in charge of the design of security control solutions. You'll partner with stakeholders across the organization to securely achieve the functional requirements of business initiatives. We'll trust you to act as a technical authority on information security within the organization.
