  • You hold Estonian citizenship.
  • You have at least two years of experience in the service industry (this could be in a hotel, restaurant, call center, etc.)
  • You have excellent verbal and written English skills (min. B2-C1 level).
  • You love customer service and you have a passion for helping others.
  • You have the discipline to work with two big international teams remotely.
  • You have an ability to prioritize your workload and manage your time efficiently.
  • Ideally, you have a great interest in meditation, yoga, personal development, psychology and/or spirituality.
  • Attach your resume in PDF format. Include links to work samples such as software, designs, or writing you have created so we can see proof of your talents.

Job description

As a customer success specialist, you need to be able to solve complex problems and come up with outside-the-box solutions on a daily basis in order to help our students become the next best version of themselves.

As a customer success specialist in Estonia, you will be among the first ones to see the new Mindvalley office in Tallinn. Moving to Estonia

If you hold the passport of a visa-free country, you can start working in Estonia within 24 hours from accepting the job offer, if your new employer is classified as a startup.
If your new employer is not considered a startup, you can start after a maximum of 10 days from accepting the job offer.
If you hold the passport of a country that requires a visa to enter Estonia, you can move and start working within approximately 4 weeks.
