Job description

The messages we receive on a daily basis are from people in our global learning community who are passionate about creating a better version of themselves with the help of our courses. They often share deeply personal stories with us and seek help in their journey of growth.
In this position, you can directly interact with our students and be reminded every day of the impact we have on their lives as well as the diversity of our growing community. We don’t believe in work-life balance, we believe in work-life integration and working towards the mission we believe in: pushing humanity forward. As a customer success specialist, you need to be able to solve complex problems and come up with outside-the-box solutions on a daily basis in order to help our students become the next best version of themselves.
Change is the only constant
We are proud of rewriting the principles of learning and we don’t settle for the ordinary. The “Mindvalleyverse” is an ever-changing environment that welcomes inspired innovators who seek ways to improve every process they touch and enjoy the thrill of a fast-paced work culture.
Experimentation is as welcome in the WOW team as refreshing raindrops in the summer heat. It is a dynamic team where you get a chance to unleash your dormant writing skills, coordinate between other teams of the company, and constantly look for small details to be fixed or upgraded. No rules are carved in stone over here, so you are invited to leave a lasting impact on our team with your audacious ideas.
We drew the line at the bar of awesomeness
We were awarded Best Customer Support in Asia by NiceReply’s Customer Happiness Awards. It wasn’t by mistake. We don’t just care about our customers, we absolutely love them. This is what is required if you want to deliver an amazing experience. And to be honest, it all comes pretty naturally to us. We are positive and passionate, and we move mountains to make our customers smile.
Mindvalley is aiming to be the gold standard for customer success in the education industry. We’re delighted to say that we now regularly hit a 95% customer satisfaction in ratings according to Nicereply, and rank among the top companies worldwide that use this service. We're on the right track to become the best customer success team in the world, the team which sets the standards for everyone else - no kidding! This is what drives us every single day.
We love growth and freedom
We give our agents full ownership over their responsibilities and the strategies and methods they choose to achieve results. Flexitime and remote work give you the opportunity to work from your favorite café or the comfort of your home. We are our own project managers, we are diligent in every area of our lives and we gain inspiration from each other. We care about the whole you, not just the version of you that shows up to work and encourage you to have higher goals and ideals in all areas of your life. (Have we mentioned a myriad of free Mindvalley courses?)
As a customer success specialist in Estonia, you will be among the first ones to see the new Mindvalley office in Tallinn. It is an exciting time for us at Mindvalley to expand to this beautiful place of green summer paradise and winter wonderland, while helping the world move forward! Tallinn is not only a treasure box of the Baltic area with its historical buildings, but also one of the most innovative countries introducing e-residency - we have no doubt we have chosen the right destination.
This is a long-term opportunity and a great chance to acquire in-depth knowledge in customer success. You will be starting with email communication and potentially expand your responsibilities to other forms of support based on your performance, while being able to deep dive in all our content. As soon as a new program rolls out, you can be the first person to try and test it, learn tons about yourself, and uplevel all aspects of your life. We would like to offer this opportunity to someone who is both deeply passionate about customer success and Mindvalley!
