About Indoor.Ninja in Tallinn, Estonia
Indoor.Ninja is a virtual receptionist and lobby attendant for your office.
To solve the reliability and cost issue of a receptionist and the inconvenience of all the existing products in the access control market, Indoor.Ninja has developed software that connects guests in the lobby directly to office personnel.
Indoor.Ninja lets your guests contact people by making a video call from a tablet in the public area of the building. The host can answer with their personal smartphone to give further instructions. When elevators have cloud connectivity, hosts can send an elevator to bring the guest automatically to the right floor.
