  • Personally sell to existing and prospective exhibitors to hit and exceed sales targets.
  • Perform client account management for your own territory.
  • Work on-site during, and running up to shows.
  • Recommend and implement agreed sales strategies.
  • Deliver agreed revenue targets by value and volume.
  • Lead and inspire direct reports to improved performance.


  • You have a proven background in B2B sales.
  • You have excellent client relationships and excel at generating new business.
  • You are enthusiastic and committed.
  • You are confident and target-driven.
  • You are resourceful and have an interest in understanding the sectors when seeking out new business.
  • You have the potential to manage a portfolio of shows.
  • You are willing to relocate to Mumbai, Bangalore or New Delhi, India.

Job description

Reporting to the sales director, your role will be to ensure that revenue targets for show stand and sponsorship sales are achieved and exceeded where possible, through both personal sales and team sales efforts. You will also be expected to identify and close cross-selling opportunities like sponsorship and branding offerings.
