Group Finance, Risk & Treasury is a division of Swedbank Group IT. Regulatory Reporting is one domain in the division responsible for reporting to SCB, FSAs and to EBA (European Banking Authority). We use our data warehouse to provide competitive BI-solutions with high-level services to our clients. Business Intelligence (BI) is the set of techniques, tools, and processes we use to transform raw data into meaningful and useful information for business analysis, decisions, and regulatory requirements.
We are now looking for two more application designers/developers to join our Regulatory Reporting area. Your main responsibility will be to perform analyses of data warehouse related projects, propose IT solutions, and be involved in the design and development process from start to finish.
Your role will include working with requirements, design and implementation of technical solutions based on ETL processes. In addition to ETL, you will have the opportunity to be involved in projects that use technologies like .NET, C#, Teradata, SQL. You will work as part of an agile team, interacting closely with the business department. You will have the opportunity to make an impact and create great value for our bank.
You have a passion for working with development and maintenance of systems/products. As a person, you need to be a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and learning from colleagues. You are analytical and structured, and a creative problem solver motivated by learning and taking on new responsibilities. Good communication skills are essential—you should be able to get a message across to colleagues outside your discipline.

- Strong knowledge of databases and SQL
- Knowledge of data modeling/design
- Knowledge of ETL tools (ODI or Informatica)
- Experience with .NET, VBA/Excel, Teradata or similar
- Relevant university degree (fresh graduates are welcome, don't hesitate to apply)
- Good written and spoken English
