What Does the Integration With Personio Look Like?

The integration allows Company HRs to quickly post their new relocation requirements to Jobbatical without coming to the Jobbatical platform or manually updating anything on their end. Jobbatical-Personio integration automatically picks up new employees who are due for relocation and adds their relocation information as a case on the Jobbatical platform. As and when the case progresses, certain information from the case like Visa dates etc. can be transferred back to update the employee details under the company’s Personio’s account

Transfer of data

Employee data can be transferred between Jobbatical and Personio including:

• first name
• last name
• email
• status
• position
• employment type
• hire date
• created at
• cost centers
• fix salary

Setting up the interface

• Mapping is available for default fields required for adding a new relocation from the employer’s Personio account to Jobbatical platform.
• In addition, clients can request for custom field information to be pulled or pushed back from Jobbatical to their Personio account.
• Main steps in configuration:

1. Share the default list of fields to be mapped
2. Employer team confirms any additional custom fields
3. Request for Employer’s Personio Client Id and Secret Key
4. Configure and test with the employer team
