I feel like the platform made the relocation process easier for me. I appreciate that I could pay less attention to paperwork and not have to search for information about what documents are needed and how to submit them. I like that the relocation agents answered my questions, and I was not alone in this process. The platform is user-friendly, and I believe it saved my time. I have no negative emotions about communicating with agents. Unfortunately, my case is really sad, as I had to wait a very long time and send additional documents several times without understanding what was happening. I have no idea why this happened. I don’t even know if it was some kind of mistake on my part or if the authorities simply failed or did their job poorly.

My agent, Mackenzie, was extremely helpful and professional. He has been very knowledgable and understanding during what was a non-standard procedure. He was flexible and went above and beyond to make sure all my documents were correctly submitted under considerable time constraints.

My relocation agent, Vrinda, is the most helpful. She always clarify my doubts with the most detailed information and a lot of patience. She also is very diligent in replying and preparing my documentation. There are so much burocracy to deal with and it was very important to have someone explaining how to do every step of the way.

The platform has all the features I needed. But some of are a bit mess. I confused with the categorisation of documents. Time schedule of task is also unclear, who is responsible of what. I tried to update form in time, though not sure how it affects to whole process. Although most of delays are related to bureaucracy handling of official services, which was expected.

I think people make the difference in the company. They would manage your expectations, recommend the right course of actions & share some pieces of advise that makes sense to follow, reach back in the timely manner. Overall, the process was a year long but I think we managed to reach what we need in the timely manner. I was reviewing some expats & digital nomads situations & people would do the same thing in 2 or 3 years, so this is crazy.

Kristin was absolutely FANTASTIC. Very knowledgeable, very responsive and impeccable communication style. I am sure, the platform itself can improve a bit with questions and options. Though, I find the platform very easy to navigate which as a user I really appreciate.

Regarding the residence permit application, I want to thank our agent Kritika for her great effort in preparing and submitting our application. We got an appointment on time and without any issue and Now, we have received our residence permit card and documents.

Editing feedback in order to make a clear distinction between Joan (who followed me for the part of jobbatical) and Ana (who is the external field consultant) While Joan (that was the person following me for everything Jobbatical related) was quite good and fast in answering all my questions, the person who helped me with the actual burocracy and housing part (Ana Guevara) was a complete disappointment. She arrived late multiple times to appointments (more than 45 min), she did not help at all in the house search and in speaking with the landlord and at times she was even counterproductive in confusing the landlord and sending wrong requests.

Sometimes i find it is difficult to find where to upload files. I wish there is emergency contact with the agent in charge.

Muskan provided a great service. She was very speedy when responding to my questions. At times I could feel frustrated, but this relates more to the bureaucratic process itself, rather than the service from Jobbatical. There was an incident in terms that I went for a Fiktionsbescheinigung, and on the appointment I was also asked for some documents, a photo, and payment of the whole process. I was not equipped with this information and I shared with Muskan. She resolved fast, but maybe it would be good to review why this happened. It was a surprise for me as a customer.

A few confusing to navigate tabs at first (additional options to add stuff that I don´t need), but in general a cool platform for this process
